Robert Doige D.O.

Robert W. Doidge, D.O. founded this leading Northern NJ Sports Medicine practice in 1992. He completed a Sports Medicine/Arthroscopic Surgery fellowship at Michigan State University and an AO fellowship in Switzerland.

Dr. Doidge is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic surgeon and a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He serves as an Elite Surgical Team member for the Institute of Western Surgery‚ providing training in the best surgical techniques to doctors in China. Repeatedly named one of the “Best Doctors” in the NY Metro Area by Castle Connolly since 1997‚ Dr. Doidge also serves as a Team Physician/Consultant for many local high school and colleges.

David M. Deramo‚ M.D.

David M. Deramo‚ M.D. joined in 2009. He received his medical degree from UMDNJ and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center and a fellowship in Sports Medicine/Arthroscopic Surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Deramo is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic surgeon and a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

The Concussion Authority

Nilay Shah‚ M.D.

Nilay Shah‚ M.D. joined The Concussion Authority in 2013. He received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University with a major in Biology and concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior.

Dr. Shah received his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Neurology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society, and the American Epilepsy Society and also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
